Who is it for?

Tourism entrepreneurs, surf-loving foreigners and Mexicans from big cities seeking an alternative lifestyle. Also investors who turn properties into boutique hotels, hostels or retail spaces.

Property types

Traditional casitas near the plaza, contemporary villas and small hillside condos with ocean views, plus hillside lots. Many properties are set up for vacation rentals. There are no large-scale developments.
