Many of the properties published on this site are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) because that is how they are recorded and marketed in local real estate systems (MLS) and on agent collaboration platforms.

Alongside the USD price, we also show the price in Mexican pesos (MXN) recorded for each property. This peso price may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations, so we recommend always confirming it before making a decision.

For any transaction, the current price in Mexican pesos, the agreed currency and, where applicable, the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment must be confirmed.

2. Third-party properties
