I'm a real estate advisor in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, with 7 years of experience in real estate. I was born in Ruiz, Nayarit, and have lived in Bahía de Banderas for the last 20 years: I know the area, its market and the professionals you work with here. Before real estate, I spent about 13 years in hospitality and high-value sales.
I help families and investors buy and sell safely, through a clear, well-documented process with support from start to finish. Many of my clients are Mexicans living in the U.S. and Canada who reached their real estate goals smoothly, without needing to be here.

My story
From hospitality to real estate
I was born in Ruiz, Nayarit, and have lived in Bahía de Banderas for the last 20 years. This is where I built my career, and I know the area firsthand.

Service as the foundation
I earned my degree in Tourism Development at UTBB and spent about 13 years in hospitality and high-value sales, starting in guest services. That's where I learned to take care of the details, anticipate what clients need and guide people well.
High-value sales
Where the interest began
I trained in timeshare sales at a five-star hotel in Nuevo Vallarta. That's where I saw how tourism, lifestyle, investment and the dream of owning a property near the ocean all connect.

I've been in real estate for 7 years. I completed the industry certifications, worked for two years at a brokerage in Bucerías and then went independent. Today I'm part of eXp Realty, where I've been recognized as a Top Producer, and I hold the CONOCER EC0110 certification.
