Construction and finishes: what a rendering doesn't always show

Deep pile foundations, designed for wet ground and a seismic zone. Each tower is structurally independent, with solid concrete or brick walls (not drywall), which helps with noise between neighbors and durability. Parota wood carpentry, handcrafted kitchens with soft-close hardware, quartz and marble in bathrooms, black PVC windows and glass railings. Delivered with appliances, inverter air conditioners and ceiling fans.

Living in Flamingos

A planned community with an 18-hole, par-72 golf course designed by Percy Clifford; bike path, trails, beach, hotels and 24/7 security, with its own water network and treatment plant.
