There are riverside and oceanfront restaurants, and in 15 to 30 minutes you reach the Romantic Zone for dinner, shopping or a doctor's visit.

Market and trends

Supply is limited by the topography: the mountains and the sea leave little room to build, and much of the inventory is hillside with views. It's mainly sold in U.S. dollars, and resales in buildings several years old coexist with newer projects. Before buying, it's worth checking access, slopes and stairs, parking, and the building's condition with respect to humidity and salt air.
